SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE READ AND DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
Address provided should be checked before place and order to ensure that you have included all information such as, street number, apartment number if applicable. If your item is returned to me because of an incorrect address you would need to pay another shipping fee. Please allow 24-48 hours to prepare your order BEFORE shipping ( except for pre-orders and custom made units). Pre-order can take up to 2-3 weeks, and customer made wigs can take up to 5-7 business days to be ready.
Once an order is shipped, please allow us 24 hours for a confirmation email to be sent. International order will take up to 14 days for delivery depending on region. Once a package is received by the courier company, we are no longer responsible for the package. The courier company is now responsible and any other questions or concerns should be directed to them.
K's Hair Haven is not responsible for late shipment due to holidays, natural disaster, weather delays or any courier delays.
